PLAZA MONUMENTAL
It is a central, cultural, and historical piece where it is found the temple of Santa María de Magdalena, and next to it a religious sanctuary of San Francisco Javier. In an outstanding place there is the statue of Lic. Luis Donaldo Colosio Murrieta, and the mausoleum of the Jesuit missionary Father Eusebio Francisco Kino.
CITY HALL
Visit the city hall, it was built as a military academy for boys, but nowadays is one of the principal touristic attractions of this Magic Town, because of its murals and architecture, that tell the history of the town and the state of Sonora.
RIO DE LA CONCEPCIÓN
It is known with the names of Río de la Concepcion and Río de la Asunción, with a length of 335 km (208 miles) and goes through the municipalities of Imuris, Magdalena, Santa Ana, Benjamin Hill, Trincheras, Pitiquito, and Caborca
